A candle is used in an internal combustion engine to burn fuel because of the movement. In a car, there's usually at least four, but the humble petrol strimmer or a string trimmer, there is only one. And like any man (or any other property), is exhausted and needs replacing.
If you've invested in a petrol strimmer, you should really learn to keep it. It can be very simple to perform maintenance tasks, but somepeople never learn. When something goes wrong, or they pay the shop for repair or simply stop using it and have it collect dust.
If you really are not confident to perform basic maintenance tasks, you should consider carefully whether you should buy the variety of petrol strimmer before. Although I carefully recommend using a variety of gasoline, if possible (for obvious reasons of power, efficiency, etc.), if you're not comfortable withit, there's nothing wrong with the decision to buy the electric model. Even if they are not so powerful to use, and other defects, the maintenance of electric mowers reduces to a simple cleaning or changing times fuse.
Ok, so with that because, here's how to change the spark plug. Even if all mowers are different, with most models, the instructions are a general principle, all you need for:
1. Unplughatch off;
2. Use a 3 / 4 inch deep socket to remove the spark plug;
3. Remove the spark plug;
4. This step is optional: if you have a compression tester at this point, you can control the compression (if you do not, skip this step). Insert the tester and make sure it is secure. Pull the handle four times the accelerator. Check the compression – usually no more than 90-95 pounds of pressure to allow the coffee to run;
5. Insert the new sparkconnect;
6. Tighten the 3 / 4 inch deep socket;
7. Put the trap again.
And that's all there is to it.
However, if the investment is made, a petrol strimmer and are not comfortable changing candle, any instrument dealer should be able to help. The candle is cheap and work very quickly, so it should not be very expensive to have a professional do the job.
